Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, you can return or exchange your lock within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as the lock is undamaged, is complete and has not been used.
- You have 30 days from date of purchase in which to ask for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with the product.
- For returns or exchanges, you must first call us at 415-674-8900 or email us at info@helmetsecure.com to get a return reference number.
- Once we receive the lock back in as-new condition, we will credit your card with the cost of the lock.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges. All return shipments must be sent prepaid by way of a traceable carrier such as UPS - you are responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the lock in accordance with our returns policy.
Shipping Policy
We endeavor to ship your order within one business day. We use UPS to ship, and they will email you with a tracking number so that you can monitor delivery. Shipping options are available and priced though the order process in the HelmetSecure store.
Warning
The lock is intended for securing a full-face helmet to a motorcycle when the motorcycle is not in use. Improper installation or use of the lock can potentially result in serious injury or death. The lock is only intended to be used in accordance with the installation instructions.
Warranty
Locks may be returned by the original purchaser for defects in materials and workmanship within one year from the date of original shipment, in which event the original purchaser may receive a replacement lock or replacement of the individual components that are deemed defective. Decisions regarding defective parts and replacement parts/locks are at the sole discretion of PeeveyWeyland Inc.
There are no further express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting this product, the consumer agrees to arbitrate and litigate any controversy in the State of California, and under the laws of the State of California.
PeeveyWeyland Inc is not responsible for any other defects or damage including any caused by or resulting from alterations to the lock, accident, damage due to an intentional or negligent act of a third party, abuse or negligence, wear and tear, mishandling, failure to use the lock in a safe and reasonable manner, and force majeur. If, in the judgment of PeeveyWeyland Inc, the lock has been altered, modified or repaired without authorization of PeeveyWeyland Inc, the warranties described above will not apply.
PeeveyWeyland Inc's cumulative liability for damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use or possession of the lock, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort, including negligence or strict liability, is limited to the purchase price of the lock that caused the damages or that is the subject matter of, or is directly related to, the cause of action.
In no event shall PeeveyWeyland Inc be liable for indirect, special, incidental, contingent or consequential damages arising out of the use or possession of the lock, whether or not PeeveyWeyland Inc has received notice of the possibility or certainty of such damages or losses. PeeveyWeyland Inc does not guarantee and is not responsible for lost or stolen locks or any items that may be attached to the lock.
